This course aims to maximise the leadership potential in participants. This course will provide an environment that is engaging, collaborative and supportive for all learner types. At the end of this course participants would feel energised and empowered to take their leadership skills to the next level, challenging them through practical and theory based examples. This course would broaden your leadership scope and encourage you to think globally while reflecting on your own leadership philosophy and facilitating purposeful change.
The approach to this seminar would be highly interactive and personal as leadership stems from a deeper understanding of oneself. Participants can expect a combination of role playing, group activities, individual contributions as well as theory in lecture format. An important aspect of this short course is your ability to reflect, engage and collaborate with others in an attempt to explore individual leadership potential.

This course targets the following persons:
Senior managers and executives who would like to further enhance their leadership potential through reflective practice.
Persons in supervisory positions who are preparing for management positions.

The course combines a number of teaching techniques including lectures, class discussions, group work assignments, oral presentations, role playing, and a course project that will utilize many of the principles learned.
Each student will be required to deliver oral presentations as part of this class.

Ms. Terriann Humphrey
Terriann Humphrey is diverse in her academic achievement as she is in her life experiences. Having studied locally as well as internationally including US, UK and Canada, her understanding of people and appreciation of diverse cultures have helped Terriann succeed in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry. Terriann studies include Education, Leadership, Hospitality and Management, having completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in the US, an MBA from Australia and a MA from the UK. Terriann has over 10 years in the education industry as a facilitator and course advisor and she has successfully designed and implemented courses that are being taught as part of an undergraduate business degree programme. Ms. Humphrey is an Independent Educator, Event, Leadership and Management Consultant. Her goal is to enrich and contribute to the development of leaders as she has experienced in her academic, work and other life experiences.
