Conflict at work can damage the image of the organization, demotivate talent, as well as impact negatively on bottom line profits. According to Tough Going Survey, managing conflicts is the second most challenging task for managers and HR staff after managing persistent bad performance. At the same time, many staff are disappointed with their managers’ attempts to resolve conflict. There is a significant skill deficit in the area of dispute resolution at a management level.
This program will give you the skills set and tools to help you have those difficult conversations with your staff. Discover how to set a positive example on a professional and personal level; learn to eliminate the stress, illness, and staff losses than can result from conflict, and extract positive results from managed conflicts.
