University of Hertfordshire School of Computer Science Degrees with Local Study Support

  • Bachelor of Science with Honours in Computer Science (final year)
  • Bachelor of Science with Honours in Information Systems (final year)

CTS College of Business and Computer Science Ltd has entered into a partnership agreement with the University of Hertfordshire, UK to offer local support and facilities for the above courses.

The Degree with Local Study Support Programme combines the advantages of an internationally recognized  degree in Computer Science / Information Systems with the benefits of studying at a local centre.

The University will provide the online materials and will mark all the assignments.

CTS College of Business and Computer Science Ltd will provide supplementary tuition, a local discussion board and study facilities with computer resources and Internet access

Degrees will be awarded by the University, with the above titles.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS [Top]

General entrance requirements

Each application is considered individually, but normally 240 credits from a suitable qualification is required. These including:

  • " COSTAATT Associate Degree in Computer Science
  • UTT - IT Diploma
  • IMIS Higher Diploma
  • "ROYTEC Associate Degree in Information Systems Management
  • "NIHERST Associate Degree in Computer Science
  • ABE Advanced Diploma in Business Information Systems
  • "Trinidad & Tobago Institute of Technology (T.T.I.T.), IT Diploma
  • ACP Advanced Diploma
  • City & Guilds Technician Advanced Diploma in Applied Information Technology
  • BTEC HND
  • "Foundation or Associate Degree

Students who have completed writing all exams leading to one of the above qualifications but awaiting results may apply for the programme. You will be given a provisional acceptance pending your final results.

  • Students typically register at the beginning of each semester and there is a registration fee of TT$100.00 
  • Kindly walk with your Birth Certificate and National ID or Birth Certificate and Passport for GATE claim.
  • Students awaiting results may also apply for the programme.
