The art of Manicures and Pedicures continues to grow in popularity for both men and women. Well-manicured nails tell a story about you, the pride you take in yourself, your confidence, your self-esteem and your success. Learn the insider secrets to manicures and pedicures through "The Art of Manicures and Pedicures" programme. Develop a broad range of skills and knowledge to design and create beautiful "nail art". Be the envy of your friends, save money and create an opportunity for a small, but vibrant side line, business.

Students will be able to conduct a complete manicure and pedicure. They will also learn biology of the hands and feet including bones, joints and nails.

At the end of the program candidates will have a written exam and a final practical assignment.


Course Offering

The course is set over four weeks consisting of eight (8) sessions, each running for 2.5 hours, amounting to twenty (20) contact hours. Students who wish to migrate to more advanced formal courses will be advised by the Lecturer.


The course is offered on weekdays on Tuesday and Thursday

Melissa Douglas is a licensed Massage Therapist/ Esthetician/ Business Owner with over 15 years of experience in the Aesthetics industry. She is a member of the Trinidad and Tobago School of Massage and Beauty Culture. Melissa has been formally trained at the COSMAR limited, [SOTHYs] and Miami Aesthetics School of Waxing, REPECHAGE facial line and Sacha Cosmetics. Melissa presently pursuing her degree in BUSINESS MANAGEMENT.
